1. HKJ250 Poultry Feed Product line Feature:

1.1. This type feed pellet production line can process all kinds animal feed,such as corn, soybean, sorghum, grain, bone,fish and others,it is very suitable to produce pellet feed and premix/ powder/mash feed for chicken,duck, rabbit, pig, fish, shrimp, cattle, cow, sheep feed, etc.

1.2. The pellet feed output of the SH-250 whole line is 1.0-1.5 ton/h.The powder mash feed out is 1.5t/h-2t/h.

1.3. The whole line have the advantage of low invest with high return,It is so easy to adjust feed formulation and feed material mix proportion by automatic batching system.

1.4. The product line contain four product process: feed grinder and Mixer section, feed pellet section. pellet cooling and crushing section, and sifting and packing section.

2.1 Feed Grinder and Mixer Section

In this section, the main machine contain hammer mill machine and horizontal type mixer machine

2.1.1. Mixer is horizontal and batch mixer,the hammer mill is small hammer mill, the type can make powder feed;

2.1.2. The type of the hammer mill mixer machine have high efficient and can save the space for our feed factory.

2.1.3. The mixer body ends for double design, put an end to the two end dew material phenomenon;

2.1.4. The type of the hammer mill mixer machines equipped with grease add pipeline, overall reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance.

The first step is feed grinder and mixer process,  The raw material will transfer to hammer mill machine by elevator. The big size material will crush into small pieces or powder feed by hammer mill. The hammer mill sieve can be set 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm. when all material have finished, The mixer will work.The mixed time is 4-6 minutes.   Feed grinder machine power: 11kw Product capacity: 0.8-2t/h Mixer machine power:7.5kw Product capacity:0.5t/ batch, 2-3 batch/h

2.2 Feed Pellet Section

In this section, The main machine is HKJ250 feed pellet machine

2.2.1 HKJ250 ring die feed pellet machine is widely used in small-scale animal feed pellet production plant.

2.2.2 Crushed powder feed and powder material such wheat bran with moisture about 15%-20% can be granulated,so the feed pellet is easier to store.

2.2.3 The ring die feed pellet machine can very good to keep all kinds of trace elements in raw materials, animal feed intake, conducive to digestion and absorption.

2.2.4 The ring die feed pellet machine processing of the material and the appearance is neat, smooth surface, density is big, easy to store and transport. The pellet size we could supply from 2mm-8mm.

2.2.5 according to customer demand.Steam boiler system supply steam to conditioner device,it can cooking and modulating feed improve feed moisture and temperature, steam conditioning equipment can improve the material granulating, increase production capacity, save the energy consumption of the granulating, improve the use life time of pellet ring die and roller.

The second step is feed pellet process. elevator transport mixed material to stock bin for pellet, then the pellet machine work. ring die feed pellet mill produce feed pellet with high production capacity and high grade pellet feed production effect. 2.3 Feed pellet cooling and crushing Section

In the section, The main machine contain pellet cooler machine and roller crusher machine

2.3.1 This kind of pellet cooler machine is feed pellet counter flow cooler, apply to cool feed or wood pellet,extruding granular material. The cooling system including: with fan(blower), cyclone, air-lock, cooler machine, can add vibrating screen.

2.3.2 Feed pellet roller crusher is optional machine, it will used for crushing feed pellet into suitable size by adjust two roller distance.

	Produced feed pellet temperature very high, it can't suitable to pack directly,so need pellet cooler machine cool down pellet feed temperature,by cooler machine can make pellet temperature room temperature+3-5 degree. The cooling time is 6-10mins/batch
	Feed pellet roller crusher is optional. can use to broke feed pellet for small chick feed. (after cooling, the pellet have different length, the crumble machine will make the pellet into similar suitable size)

2.4 sifting and packing Section

In this section, the main machine contain vibratory sifter and automatic packing machine

	After pellet roller crusher, the pellet will come to Rotary sifter, The bigger or smaller ones will sent to pellet machine again. The suitable size pellet will packing for sale or for animal/poultry feed
	the finished pellet will pack by Automatic packaging machine. weighing range 25-50kg, package speed 200 - 400 bag/h,
